For over 24 years, International Celebrity Chef Marie and her culinary team at MCHEF have provided discerning consumers in Montreal, Geneva, Milano, and now Las Vegas with a variety of turn-key chef services including custom menus, high-end gastronomic dining and musical experiences, weekly healthy menu preparation with special attention to food sensitivities, cocktail parties, and master cooking classes.
Chef Marie is also an expert in Flavor R&D as a consultant in the food service industry, developing her own line of specialty USDA organic herbs and spices. Chef Marie has published the Chef Marie Lifestyle Food Guide, featuring 100 low-carbs and gluten-free recipes with gorgeous color photos that also includes vegan alternative menus.
